Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the shopping cart icon (top right) and select "check out". You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, JCB, Laser, Electron, and Lastschriften (ELV).

We are also able to accept cheques from UK customers. If you wish to pay by cheque, please select "Invoice and payment before delivery" at the checkout, print off the invoice and send it, with your cheque to the address given.

Shipping And Handling

UK Mainland delivery is FREE for all orders over £300 (ex. VAT)

Orders below £300 and all other UK addresses are charged at a flat rate of £7

Delivery to other European countries depend on the weight of the order. Please contact us for more details.

Tax Charges Sales tax (Non EU orders) - The appropriate payments of sales taxes/import duties payable are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sales tax (UK orders and EU countries) - All taxes and duties due in the UK will be paid by us

Returns

We operate a "no-quibble" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

To return an item, please send the item to Brimtoy, 65C Oxford Street, Whitstable. CT5 1DA Please pack the item securely. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
